Since Codeany.net offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital products (scripts, themes, and plugins), we do not generally issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is downloaded. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can happen.
When we Refund
We will consider a refund under the following conditions:
- Product is fundamentally broken and cannot be installed.
- Our support team is unable to resolve a critical bug in the script.
- You were charged multiple times for the same item due to a technical error.
No Refund If...
Refunds will not be granted in these scenarios:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You do not have the technical skills to use the product.
- The item does not meet your expectations (Please check demo first).
Our Standard Refund Terms
- Refund Request Period: You must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
- Product Support: You must first allow our support team to try and fix the issue before a refund is initiated.
- License Revocation: Once a refund is processed, your license to use the product will be permanently cancelled, and you must delete all copies of the code.
